Guest play and saved progress

Playing creates a Firebase guest identifier. Game progress and settings are saved in your browser, and private puzzle progress is backed up to Firebase. Guest attempts also contribute to community totals. Connect Google if you want to recover the same account on another device. Clearing browser storage before connecting an account can remove access to your guest profile.

Google sign-in

When you connect Google, Firebase Authentication handles sign-in. Your account can include your Google name, email address and profile image. MATHOJI does not receive your Google password. Creating a connected account from a guest preserves its identifier; opening a different existing account does not merge the two accounts.

Puzzles, statistics and leaderboards

Firebase stores puzzle progress, attempts, completed results, timing information and account preferences. Server checks validate submitted solutions. Your detailed saved games are readable only by your account. Public community summaries include completion rates and timing totals. You choose whether your display name, country and verified score appear on leaderboards.

Sharing and contacts

You decide which puzzle to share and confirm sending in the app you choose. The website does not upload your address book. Email addresses and phone numbers entered in the invitation screen are passed to your chosen email, messaging or WhatsApp app when you open an invitation.

Advertising

This website uses Google AdSense display ads beside the game on larger screens and below the game instructions. Ads are separated from puzzle controls. Google may use cookies and similar technologies for advertising, fraud prevention and service operation. Web Hint and Reveal are currently free. Display-ad clicks or impressions never grant puzzle rewards.

Your choices

You can log out from Stats or Settings, disable leaderboard participation, and clear local website storage in your browser. Clearing local storage does not delete progress already stored in your Firebase account. Browser privacy controls may affect sign-in and saved games. The website currently keeps optional Google Analytics collection disabled.
