Delete your MATHOJI account

You can delete your Mathoji.com account and associated data without reinstalling the mobile app.

1. Open the web game and sign into the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings using the gear icon.
3. Choose Delete account and data, review the details, and confirm. You may be asked to authenticate again.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the account, email contact@mathoji.com with the subject “MATHOJI account deletion”. Tell us the sign-in email used for MATHOJI. We will verify ownership before deleting data. Never send your password.

What is removed

Your profile, private saved games and results, device registrations, leaderboard entries and associated shared challenges are removed. Cloud cleanup is queued and retried if services are unavailable. Aggregated puzzle statistics without account identifiers remain. Local copies on other devices can be removed through their app or browser storage settings. See the privacy policy for details.
